Interactivity Marketing announces the launch of the new website for the Coastal Carolina YMCA. The website covers both the Claire Chapin Epps Family YMCA off the 62nd Ave N Ext in Myrtle Beach and Georgetown County Family YMCA on Browns Ferry Rd in Georgetown.
The all new website features photos highlighting both locations, whose facilities have only been open a few months. The website also has membership information, contact information, schedules, programs, and links to join their social media pages, which were also created by Interactivity Marketing.
About the YMCA
The YMCA of Coastal Carolina’s goal is to build strong kids, strong families and strong communities.
The Young Men’s Christian Association (YMCA) was founded in London in 1844 by George Williams. Williams wanted to provide a wholesome, Christian alternative to life on the streets to young men away from home for the first time. They offered Bible study and prayer.
In 1851, the first YMCA in the United States was founded in Boston by sea captain and missionary, Thomas Valentine Sullivan. The YMCA movement quickly spread across the United States.
